The Rules.

Where to begin, eh? Well first of all, lets get this straight. We at Nintentoblog are fairly laid back, and as such we don't want to shove loads of rules at you which you must obey... Yet, there are some rules which, if broken, will result in a permanent ban. You have been warned, the following rules are here for a reason, read them.
Nintendo Blog enforced a 3-strikes-and-out policy. Depending on the severity of the warning you'll either be issued with 1 or 2 strike(s) or a ban. (3 strikes)
Now that we've got that out of the way.. how about a brief review of the rules.

Respect:
Respect is a very important part of our forums, anyone found continuously disrespecting a single member (Bullying) or multiple members (trolling) will be issued with a warning. Doing this again will result in a temporary ban...
Administrators, Super Moderators and Moderators are the people who should not be given any grief. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you. Failing that, you'll be given a wave. Goodbye for good.


Grammar & Punctuation
For the record: YoU ShOuLd NoT TyPe LiKe ThIs | It's annoying, and there's no need for it. Don't do it!
Secondly, spelling. We all make mistakes, but there's not excuse for multiple/major spelling errors. It takes seconds to refer to a spell checker or even google. SECONDS.
Grammar. It's the height of laziness to not use Shift/Cap, Full-Stops and commas, use them!
You may receive warning for bad spelling/grammar but it's not something we look to do often... just please look over your posts before sending them.


Porn:
This ones simple. Anyone posting anything related to Pr0n will be pertinently banned. Links to sites, images, videos - anyone posting anything to do porn will be given an IP Ban.


Racism
Even more straight forward than the last. Any racist abuse will not be tolerated. Other 'isms' such as sexism and ageism will, similarly, not be tolerated.


RoMs/Homebrew
Linking to anything illegal will result in a warning. This includes RoM's, Homebrew, Illegal Music Download, Emulators, etc.
However, talking about such things will be let off TO A DEGREE. But please, don't go around asking how you get hold of X by illegal means.


Multiple Accounts
Members are only allowed 1 account. Multiple accounts will be deleted (unless user has liable reason, e.g. "my brother shares this computer.") The account active for the longest time will be issued with a warning depending on how many accounts have been created.


Proxy IP Usage
Anyone found to be using a proxy to hide their IP will be banned. Any accounts created by a proxy will be deleted, and the proxy will be added to our blocked IP list.
